Joe earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2009 through the Army-Baylor Doctoral Physical Therapy Program and in 2014, became Board-Certified in Orthopaedics Physical Therapy. He also holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a Major in Athletic Training. Joe served honorably in the Marine Corps and Army culminating 22 years of military service.
Joe has been married to his wife, Debi, for over 30 years and together have raised three amazing children. Their oldest daughter, Reina is a Real Estate Agent in the San Antonio area. Their son, Joe, is a recent graduate from Texas A&M, and their youngest daughter, Jessie, attends La Vernia Intermediate School.
Serving in the military allowed Joe and his family to experience many travel opportunities where they were able to interact and appreciate so many different cultures around the world.
Strength & Mobility Lab is a 900-sqft facility on Joe's residential property equipped to manage everything from post-surgery rehabilitation to advanced strength and agility training.
Joe created Strength & Mobility Lab for those of you who are serious about making changes to your body. Whether you want to get stronger, faster or more agile, Joe's expertise will make it happen. If you need to recover from an injury or surgery in order to get back to your active lifestyle, or you've been through physical therapy before and it didn't work for you, then you are the client/patient Joe wants to see. He is confident he can help you get the results you're looking for. After Joe performs a thorough full-body assessment, he will know exactly how to develop the best plan of care to meet your goals.
